Programs: Mindfulness Meditation Retreat Saturday , October 1, 2011 Sitting and walking in silence with some verbal guidance. 9:30 to 12 noon beginner instructions available. Individual coaching available. Please attend for at least a half day. Sharing circle at 3:30 P.M. is recommended. Silent meal, simple food served at noon.
